From concept to reality

“Eclipse Events exceeded my expectations. They transformed a raw space into what could very well could be a NYC exclusive nightclub. Guests were impressed on how Eclipse transformed a raw ‘ugly’ construction floor into a whimsical, rustic, chic venue. Definitely a well-executed destination creation!” 

And that we did. From the initial meeting in our office in Cranford, NJ, she envisioned turning a raw space into a whimsical, rustic, chic style venue. From there, we sketched and designed out a whole floor plan using the space provided to present to her. See some of our sketches below.

Lighting, drapery and furniture

As you can see, the transformation really enhanced the holiday party. Between the lighting, pin-spotting, drapery, custom furniture rentals and more, our services really made a difference in the raw space and we even presented Zaira with the little things that many people don’t normally think about when planning in a raw space. 

“In a raw NYC space in 20 degree outdoor weather conditions it was extremely difficult to warm a space of 37,000 square ft., but Eclipse presented ideas on how to maximize heating within a smaller space.”
