‍If you would like to meet with us:

We have installed sneeze guards in our sales offices and have sanitized our whole office for safe meetings so feel free to make an appointment with us ahead of time and come on in!

Whether you are just starting to plan your event, or have questions about an event already scheduled, please contact us and we will be happy to connect.

If you need to postpone/reschedule your event:

Alert your guests and vendors immediately and we will make the necessary changes on our end. We will be able to reschedule your event if it's within a year time frame of your original date. Please consult with us on the new date prior to making it official.

If you have any questions or concerns about your event, please feel free to email your event host or michael@eclipseevents.com and we will set up a time to speak.

In the upcoming days, here are some tips to take into consideration:

• Keep a close eye for ongoing changes and how the Coronavirus is playing out to keep yourself and your guests safe.
• Whether you are planning a wedding, a sweet 16, party, or corporate event, we are here for you and will accommodate if you need a date change.
• If you have already sent invitations or save-the-dates to your guests, make sure to communicate with them clearly if you decide to postpone. You can also send them a note card.

Our very own Director Of Operations Anthony Battista co-streamed an instagram live session with Tom Gambuzza, Executive Event Host at Elegant Music Group to discuss a vendors perspective/protocols and to offer words of advice to brides and grooms during this difficult time. During the live, we co-streamed with an event planner Danielle Plis from Plisful Planning and Connie and Mike, a current bride + groom who recently postponed their wedding. This was a great opportunity to learn more about information on COVID-19 the event industry and to be able to ask questions directly to all of us.
